We use a shop plugin that enables you to turn a chest into a shop to either buy or sell items from other players. Likewise you can buy and sell to other players via their shops and lastly you can buy and sell from server based shops.
Creating a shop
Its very simple. Just follow these instructions or watch the YouTube video on our dedicated channel.
To start selling items to other players, follow these steps:
- Place a Chest: Set down the chest you want to use for your shop.
- Place a Sign: While crouching, place a sign on the front of the chest.
- Enter the Details: Type the following on the four lines of the sign:
- Line 1:
[shop] - Line 2:
1(The amount you want to sell at once) - Line 3:
10(The price in dollars) - Line 4:
sell(Or typebuyif you want to purchase items from players)
- Line 1:
- Register the Item: Hold the item you want to sell in your hand and left-click the sign.
Important Notes:
- Selling: Keep the chest stocked with items for your customers.
- Buying: If your shop is set to “buy,” ensure your chest has empty space and you have enough money in your bank account to pay the sellers.
